Ilir Konomi – Managing Director – Albania

Ilir is in charge of day to day operations, visiting clients and covers all matters in regards to the company. Graduated in Faculty of Economics at University of Tirana, Albania on 2002. He has worked with several foreign companies such as Brown & Root Services and UPS - Albania, where he held the position of Head of Operations for 2 years as well as USAID (US Agency for International Development) where he managed a project in Albania to support local entrepreneurs.

He has led different sizes of teams and has excelled into making his team successful in customer service, problem resolution and most importantly he build a culture of respect and accountability.

Languages: Fluent in English and Italian with good understanding of Greek language.

Sam Dardha – Managing Director - International

Sam is educated in the UK and Canada with a degree in International Business and Management. Sam has a lot of experience in the banking and financial sector as he worked as an Executive Manager for PNC Bank in USA where he developed and coached his team to consistently exceed goals for growth in consumer, business deposits, investments, lending and other products. Developed and coached the team to proactively maximize every opportunity through cross selling techniques. Build and supported the PNC Bank image by being actively involved in the community through the Community Banking Program.

Oltjan Hoxholli - Lawyers Property Albania Ltd

Mr. Oltjan Hoxholli is a lawyer with over 7 years of experience. He has been a senior lawyer at the legal affair department at National Commercial Bank Albania where among others has had a focus in the field of property.

In 2008 he has been heading the property practice at one of the Albanian leading law firms and has been extensively involved in a broad range of sophisticated property transactions, and offers significant property experience. He has been dealing with the acquisition, legal due diligence's, urban planning, development, leasing, disposition of a broad range of properties, i.e. large scale residential constructions, commercial developments, touristic developments.

He has acquired a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the workings of the registration of property rights, its legal framework and institutions operating in this field in Albania. He has provided his legal expertise as part of a team in drafting the secondary legislation of the new law “On Territorial Planning” to the benefit of the Government of Albania.

Recently he has founded Lawyers Property Albania Ltd a law firm which has a special focus in the field of real estate.
